These are the
questions a lot of us ask ourselves before we join…………..
1) “I
am unfit”
This is an excellent reason to join the class. We
begin the fitness slowly and at your pace depending
on your age and ability. After a short period of
time you will be amazed about your improvement.
2) “I
am very shy”
We build confidence, beginners are treated the same
as other students. They are introduced to the class
so they don’t feel embarrassed or incompetent.
You will enjoy every session.
3) “I
wish I had someone to join with”
There are a lot of people who think the same as
you. 75% of the people make so many friends through
TKD. We also have social events throughout the year.
4) “I
am too old for TKD”
We have members from the age of 6 – 65 years
old. The founder of Taekwondo, General Choi Hong
Hi was still doing TKD until he died. He was in
his late seventies. Let your mind believe and your
body will achieve.
